Today, combined-cycle natural gas turbines are the most cost effective means to generate electricity, yet that method has been rejected by the BC Liberals. Had we chosen to generate electricity with natural gas, the industry would have a stable market that would not only provide employment but build the infrastructure needed if and when the opportunity to market our gas around the world does come to fruition in the future.

Most of the Islamic lead atrocities have occurred since Iran’s religious leader called for the death of ‘Satanic Verses’ author Salman Rushdie. They fear our free speech, not our retaliatory defence. If the Muslin world valued life they would stop brutalizing and killing their own people. Hence, brutality does not bother them, only our criticism is intolerable.
…….how much further down this road, taxing one to provide service to another, will we go before we open our eyes and our minds to reality. Are we going to go over the debt cliff before we stop? Are we going to tolerate a state that subverts all law in its zeal to provide all things to all people? Are we going to ignore the lessons of history and destroy a once affluent society,…….
